WHAT WE REVIEW FIRST
Make the surface and the production plan agree.
Before factory testing, we review the actual product application: material or coating, usable flat area, artwork, expected handling, target quantity and packaging. That gives the sample a clear purpose and provides a practical reference for shipment inspection.
- Tablet shells, rigid PVC boards and acrylic display panels
- Full-colour artwork, selected white ink foundations and controlled finish options
- Dimension, edge, mounting and handling review before production preparation

PRODUCT FAQ
Questions buyers ask before sampling.
Which board materials can be evaluated for UV printing?
Acrylic, rigid PVC and coated plastic boards are common starting points, but they are not interchangeable. Surface energy, texture, thickness, protective film and intended use should be checked before a sample is approved.
When is white ink useful on acrylic or clear material?
White ink can provide an opaque base beneath colour artwork or create a selective design effect. The required opacity, viewing side and artwork layers should be defined before the file is prepared.
Can tablet shells and display boards use the same artwork file?
The visual assets may be shared, but each product needs its own print boundary, dimensions, exclusions and colour reference. Artwork adaptation is part of installation preparation, not an afterthought.
How should panels be protected for delivery?
Packing should be matched to the panel material, face protection, corners, stacking direction and route conditions. Shipment inspection should also verify that the agreed pack-out is being used.
