WHAT WE REVIEW FIRST
Make the surface and the production plan agree.
Before factory testing, we review the actual product application: material or coating, usable flat area, artwork, expected handling, target quantity and packaging. That gives the sample a clear purpose and provides a practical reference for shipment inspection.
- Flat ABS, PC, TPU-backed rigid shells and coated plastic cases
- Artwork placed around camera islands, buttons and edge exclusions
- White ink, colour and selected matte or gloss finish testing
APPLICATION SCENARIOS
Where this surface can work.
Retail collections
Launch coordinated designs across several case models while keeping artwork placement consistent around each camera cut-out.
Promotional programs
Apply brand graphics to rigid cases for events, partner kits and device bundles where a short-run approval sample matters.
Licensed artwork
Reproduce detailed colour artwork on approved flat print areas after file review and surface testing.
PRODUCT FAQ
Questions buyers ask before sampling.
Can UV printing be used on phone cases?
Yes, on many flat rigid cases, but material and coating still need to be checked. The useful question is whether the target print area is sufficiently flat and whether adhesion and abrasion resistance meet the planned use.
What should we send before requesting a phone-case sample?
Share a physical case or clear photos, material information, the model and camera layout, flat print-area dimensions, artwork, required quantity and the expected handling conditions.
Will ink print over buttons, camera openings or curved edges?
Those areas should normally be treated as exclusions unless the product has been specifically assessed. A print boundary and fixture reference help keep functional openings clean and registration predictable.
How is a batch checked before shipment?
Inspection can compare colour direction, artwork position, obvious surface defects and pack-out condition against the approved sample and agreed inspection criteria.
